excellent staff; I arrived it was hot day & I had been running around town taking care of business but when I arrived my blood pressure measured high; they waited a few minutes until taking it again & it was normal the 2nd time measuring it. They are very personable & have fun at work doing dental procedures BUT don't let that fool you: they are extremely knowledgeable, explain options to the patient in a clear, concise way, offer the patient options, and then inform exactly what they will do after the patient has also made some decision(s) about their dental care. This is called "give & take" and this office takes requests. It's unbelievable, but the staff members here take requests just like a radio station would to play your favorite song

Let’s face it, I don’t know many that love to go to the dentist, but Dr. Baumgartner and the staff make it such a good experience. I and my family have been patients for many years.

My dental hygenist was amazing, personable and thorough, so enjoyed them. I had been driving to Portland not wanting to give up my prior dental care, have been with Shoreline Dental for one year now, happy to have someone local whom I trust.

I called to let them know my doctor saw a cavity in my mouth and they booked me the very next week for an appointment. Not only did I get checked out, had an x-ray on that appointment, but they fixed my cavity with some sort of new paint and I didn’t even have to get stuck with a needle. Everybody had a great sense of humor and made my experience really fun. I love the people at Shoreview Dental!

This dental office is welcoming, thorough and came up with a comprehensive plan for me. They also explained what the costs would be and what needed to be done and what I could wait for awhile.

Dr. Baumgartner has been our family dentist (son and I) for years and we always look forward to our visits. Everyone knows us by name and treats us like family there. Tiffany is amazing at the front desk and I look forward to seeing her and Dr. B for our appointments.
